The group Powertrain Machining IT has the mission to support our machining workshops with business development and on-site technical support in Södertälje and Luleå. By being close to the daily operations we fully understand what is crucial to our colleagues in the workshops and can judge the impact of new solutions and how they should be implemented. The teams are now looking for a new servant leader - Is it you?
What you will do
As a group manager for Powertrain Machining IT, you are expected to show empowerment, passion, curiosity, and determination to inspire people around you.

You are interested in technology and production and some understanding of the IT stacks needed for an efficient workshop operation. You have the ability to talk in terms of IT and understand the reality of the users and business-critical deliveries. You will need to have good communication skills and feel comfortable working closely with several parties within the business. It is important to give your employees the best support possible to help them learn, grow, and guide them to contribute to all kinds of inspiring challenges.

The department Order to Delivery (O2D) IT is responsible for supporting P&L with IT services. We are designing and implementing the future IT landscape for P&L to support this new world driven by digitalization, a global production system, launch of new products and the cooperation within Traton group.
