The position  

Reporting to our Head of Talent Acquisition & People Experience, you’ll be part of our People & Culture function and play an instrumental role in our ability to scale our organisation and meet our business goals. In this role, you’ll lead a team of 6 amazing, ambitious, and curious recruiters who value close collaboration with the business and always keep the candidate experience as a top priority. Our team is responsible for all recruitment activities for NENT Group and recruits for a broad variety of roles, from engineers to sports broadcasting, on all levels from interns to senior managers. 

Together with the Talent Acquisition team, you will work closely and  partner with many stakeholders across  NENT and continue to develop our recruitment strategy; ensuring that we have an efficient way of working that meets the needs of the organisation while  building a truly diverse and inclusive place to work. You will also from time to time be active in finding some of our talent yourself, leading by example.  

The journey ahead   

As we are growing, the Talent Acquisition team are key contributors in our expansion journey, and the actions in your day-to-day work will be essential for and have a direct impact on the growth of our organisation. In your role as TA Manager, you will be responsible for the team delivering in all recruitment processes, as well as making sure that everyone in the team is happy, enjoys going to work and is growing professionally.   

You will be in the center of things as growing with the right talent is a key factor for NENT’s expansion journey and future success. In this role you will also be responsible for the recruitment product that we offer the businesses as a whole. You will work on enhancing and developing our processes according to the latest news and trends within the TA community, and ensure we have the best, most efficient and inclusive recruitment process possible.  

Since we are a constantly evolving company, data and insights are key to inform us in our decisions and initiatives. We see you as an integral part in our further development within this area to better support our business with insights and continuously improve the Talent Acquisition process and ways of working. Working closely with Employer Branding to attract talent and with People Experience to engage and retain talent are also key factors in our roadmap.   

What we are looking for  

We are looking for someone with a people first focus, a genuine heart and a proactive mindset. You have a true passion for leadership and helping other people grow and develop. You thrive on bringing out excellence from everyone in your team. We also think you have great communication skills and are used to building strong professional relationships and credibility across all levels of the organisation.   

You like to work in a collaborative way, working closely with colleagues to achieve common goals. As we are constantly evolving and we embrace the journey we’re on, an open mindset and the ability to quickly adapt to changing environments is important.  

Successful candidates also meet the following requirements:  

  • Solid experience from a similar role, where you have lead a successful Talent Acquisition team (ideally in an international growing organisation). 
  • +5 year’s experience of full cycle recruitment in a variety of roles (preferably in-house and/or from the media or tech industry).  
  • Relevant education and background in talent acquisition, HR, organisational development, or similar field preferred.  
  • Experienced in using and developing data and insights for decisions support and continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition process. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.    

Bonus requirements that will make you stand out from the rest:  

  • Knowledge and/or experience in EDI theory and practices within the Talent Acquisition sphere.  
  • Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring partners across multiple countries.   
  • English skills on a native speaking level.
