We are driving the shift by developing the industrial system towards our digital vision and now there is an opportunity for you who want to be part of and lead the Digitalisation and ISIT Coordination office.
Digitalisation is one focus area and there are many strategic initiatives in the electric powertrain and transmission assembly organisation. The purpose of the unit is to provide possibilities – through IT systems and solutions – for the local organisation to implement digitalisation to our work and processes. The focus is on digital solutions, increase the knowledge in digitalisation and establish a stable IT environment without impact on direct run in our operations.
We offer a place in a kind-hearted team that together covers a variety of backgrounds, experiences, and roles; operating in a cross functional and global work environment. There are many opportunities to develop your skills and grow within the team – both within your team of direct reports and in the production engineering leadership team. To ensure that you feel safe in this journey is my main purpose as your manager.
The job is to drive growth and strategic renewal by transforming and accelerate the organisation’s traditional analogue businesses into digital ones, with a special focus on creating new value through the use of digital tools, platforms, technologies, services, and processes.
