Renault Nordic AB is now adding on a new role to the Nordic Marketing Team with an exciting opportunity to be part of a creative, fast moving, innovative and international environment.

Main responsibilities

This new position will be a key function in Renaults work with the implementation of a new customer experience lifecycle in the Nordic region. As Marketing Customer Experience Manager you will contribute to the sustainable profitability and the creating of a sustainable performance for the company based on teams.

You will, as Project Manager, also lead and be responsible for different projects driven by data insight. Your key deliverables will be to create action plans to improve customer loyalty in all digital touch points in Sweden and Denmark. You will also be responsible for developing team members' performance and make them accountable through a close relationship and through delegation.

In this role you will design and implement a new digital strategy, CRM strategy and implementation and integration of sales and after sales activities. It will be within your responsibility to create excellent customer experience in all digital touch points and through a loyalty program.

To be successful in the role it is important that you can guide your team members and motivate them in driving change and innovation. You are enthusiastic and have an open mind.

You will report directly to the Marketing Director.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing and relevant digital field.

  • 5 - 3 years of relevant experience such as E-Commerce, customer management and targeted marketing.

  • Capacity to handle transversal projects.

  • Awarness and experience of CRM to facilitate knowledge into customer experience.

  • Relevant experience in customer satisfaction.

  • Ability to plan and organize strategically.

  • Understanding of Adobe campaign and IT systems related

  • Advisor for Customer data protection and storage of customer data.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, French can be beneficial.
