Are you looking for a challenge that combines state of the art technology and leadership? At the department Autonomous Systems, we are developing the transport solutions for the future. We are now looking for a first line manager for the group Autonomous Virtual Testing, a part of the section Autonomous Continuous Integration Platform. Our section enables engineering productivity for the whole department. The group develops visualization tools, automated test pipelines and large-scale simulations.
You will work to provide the pre-requisites needed for your employees to be successful in their job, every day. You will be supporting and strengthening the three teams within the group, as they carry out their work within our agile development process.
In the management and extended management teams you will contribute to the leadership and development of the whole section. You will take part in defining strategies that determine the future of CI/CD for our autonomous systems and drive the shift towards virtual testing of high performing systems.
We work in a fast changing environment, where recruitment will continue to be a key task. You will also be responsible for developing relationships with internal stakeholders as well as current and potential partners and suppliers.

You have a strong interest in simulation and test automation, as well as leadership experience and an academic background that matches our domain. It is meritorious if you have experience in managing complex software development, including continuous integration and deployment. Experience of managing software supplier relationships in an international setting is also a plus. Fluent English proficiency is required.
