Within the Complete Vehicle & Corporate Standards group we work with material compliance, Corporate Standards and Whole Vehicle Type Approval. We are the function at Scania for legal demands on products and standards.
Our purpose is to implement our products compliance according to applicable laws and regulations. We support the whole Scania organisation regarding material compliance. This includes advocacy and monitoring of legislations on national and international level. We are facing a time with challenging new requirements and new technologies within a context of circular economy and sustainability.
As part of the material compliance assignment we also work with gap analyses regarding use of substances of concern in Scania products in our IMDS (International Material Data System) inhouse tool.
Corporate Standards assignment is to satisfy internal customers and suppliers with quality-assured standards. We are actively working with the coordination and development of global Scania standards. This includes a lot of cross functional work. We have an active collaboration with other brands within TRATON GROUP in order to strengthen collaboration projects..
We are looking for a material compliance/standardisation engineer for our group. The assignment can be adapted within both areas to individual pre-requisites.
