End User Productivity (EUP) is a department within Scania IT that delivers services for internal customers who work in the office environment, both in Sweden and globally. The delivery teams are built to have overall responsibility for the services, which includes support, management, further development and innovation.
Communication and Collaboration is a group within End User Productivity, which mainly works with Microsoft products. The group has a wide responsibility and is a core part of delivering a modern workplace to all of Scania. Communication and Collaboration work towards shifting the focus from technical operations to creating the right conditions to increase users' productivity.
About the position
We offer an interesting opportunity to work with defining and improving the Microsoft 365 service for Scania globally. In this role you will be influential in planning and implementing the future of the modern workplace at Scania.
The delivery has a wide scope, providing services to every employee at Scania, giving opportunities for global collaboration around the world.
We offer an inspiring and developing environment where new technologies are evaluated and enabled for everyone at Scania, most recently we have been working with Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint Online and are constantly looking for new technologies to enable.
We think that you have excellent knowledge of implementing and adopting Microsoft 365 at enterprises and that you want to develop the collaboration service and contribute to providing state of the art solutions for Scania. You have solid experience from Microsoft 365 architecture, adoption and change management.
As a person we think that you are driven and curious about how to develop the employee experience and has ideas on architecture as well as adoption and change management.
