This is what you will do
In the role as Onsite Support Technician, you are the IT-ambassador to our end users. In this position, you will be responsible for solving IT-related issues that arise in everyday life and provide support and guidance regarding computers, printers and mobiles as well as services such as Mobile Device Management. Your task is to handle cases that come in through different channels, create an image of what the case consists of, analyze and finally offer the best possible solution seen from a holistic perspective. You work close to the Service Desk, exchange information and follow up the delivery. You will also coordinate tasks performed by IT's subcontractors.
We are currently appointing two positions where one is located at our head office at Kungsholmen in Stockholm and the other position is located at our office in Malmö. The work demands location on site but also that you visit our facilities in the immediate are approximately one a month.
