We are now looking for a Project Manager Digital Solutions to be part of the Digital Solutions team at Swecon Group.

Swecon is authorized dealer to Volvo Construction Equipment with geographical operation in Sweden, Germany, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. Swecon is owned by Lantmännen and is an essential part of the Lantmännen global group.

This is what you will do

As Project Manager Digital Solutions, you will be a key driver in creating and developing digital solutions in our business. The last couple of years, we have worked intensively to expand and digitalize our product- and service offer to our customers, and at the same time making it possible to use and analyse data, creating new possibilities and value.

In the position, you will drive several digital projects of different scope and size. The projects and solutions emerging are an important part of creating value for our customers and are highly prioritized in our future development. Together with a team of four, you are expected to drive the development of these projects, concerning different areas such as connectivity, new technology remote support, AI, or e-commerce initiatives, all within the digital transformation journey. You will take part driving these projects out of a business perspective with very close collaboration with IT and other stakeholders throughout the organization, on both local and international level, as well as working closely to Volvo CE. You will ensure the business requirements are met, analyse, lead people, present at internal and customer events and govern steering group meetings.

You will report to the Manager Digital Solutions of Swecon Group and the position is located in Stockholm or Eskilstuna. You will regularly be expected to travel to our offices and sites within the international group.

Skills & Requirements

This is what you need to succeed

You have:

  • An academic degree in business or engineering.
  • 1-3 years of work experience from a role within business development, project management, data analysis or similar. It is considered a plus if you have been involved in projects concerning connectivity and digital solutions.
  • Preferably worked in an international organisation where you are used to lead cross-functional projects. Experience in creating structure, processes and content on group level is considered a plus.
  • A strong interest in technology and digital transformation.
  • Strong communication skills, written and spoken, in Swedish and English. Additional knowledge in German is of advantage.

  • Curious and creative. You enjoy exploring new solutions, which you also know how to structure and realize when needed.
  • Self-motivated with high ability to drive your own work forward.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented with great problem-solving skills. You solve problems and deliver results through involving and engaging people in cross-functional teams.
  • Able to build strong relationships and communicate with a broad range of stakeholders, influencing and challenging them in constructive and professional ways, always with a positive attitude.
