In this role you will be responsible for user-centered design research, usability testing, and contribute to setting up AB testing for our product area Customer Segments, where you will work closely with three product teams: Sports, Kids and Market expansion. You will be leading integration of insights from user insight, analytics and design teams into the product development process. You will be a driving force in the integration of user insights into the product development process while closely with data analytics and design teams. You will collaborate tightly within cross-functional teams and partner with the rest of the product organisation to ensure a company wide consistency and delightful experience for our customers now and in the future.

We are looking for a UX Researcher who is passionate about pushing the boundaries, has a solid experience of working and/or combining qualitative and quantitative data. You are passionate about customers’ needs and have a strong insight in the beginning of the design process and value of testing. We believe you are a great communicator and wants to be a part of a fun team working to transform the streaming experience for our customers. You enjoy mixing qualitative and quantitative insights, and engaging both users and companies with relevant and actionable insights.
