Demand to cash management (D2C), established in January 2019, is responsible for the Forecast and planning process, the Order to cash process and the Order management process. Our mission is to considerably increase the flow efficiency within Scania’s core process Order to delivery (O2D) while utilizing the available resources in the best possible way.

About the role

You will as our Business Architect work within the complete Demand to Cash Management arena with support from colleagues in the function as well as cross functionally.

Main focus for the role:

  • Advising on short term questions and provide long-term roadmaps for our IT and business systems.
  • Analyse how flows and business processes can be improved, how the information is managed and if systems are supporting the business properly
  • Establish and maintain our end-to-end architecture, both current and target, in alignment with the overall Scania system through cross-functional cooperation with your peers.
  • Conduct workshops to document and analyse organisation, processes and information needs using standard process and information modelling techniques and systems

Your profile

As a person you are a self-driven curious team player with strong collaborative and communicative skills. You have the ability to articulate ideas and explain complex matters in an understandable way. The right candidate for this position has the ability to take action throughout the entire delivery and to reassure implementation.

Experience of understanding business requirements and processes is important as well as having the ability to translate business requirements into plans for IT solutions. Knowledge about ERP:s in general and SAP specifically is an advantage. The ability to understand ERP processes and their alignments or deviations to Scania processes will be a key factor for the role.

Preferably you have a good understanding of business possibilities through the utilisation of digitalisation and advanced analytics

You have a relevant academic degree for the job and are fluent in English.
