Design Recruiter to Safemind

Design recruiting is a focus area for Safemind and after a successful launch we are now looking to add a unicorn to our design team to keep building this area together.

You will support clients who want to grow through recruiting. As Safemind is one the top recruiters of digital talent in Sweden you will get to work with a wide range of exciting companies such as Lifesum, 29k, Relatable and Flowbox.

Finding the best talent through full-cycle recruiting for clients will be your focus but you will also contribute with things such as ideas on how the design team should work together, what skills are needed, what the proposition to candidates should look like and much, much more! In addition, you will work to continually improve our design recruiting offer.

We think we have an idea of what we are looking for but there is also a good chance that you are the complete opposite and somehow makes a great case for yourself anyway. We do think however that these things will help you in this role with us:

• You have worked with or around good digital design for some time. The design process and its different deliverables are very familiar to you.
• You don’t necessarily have recruiting experience but you have a genuine interest in what makes people tick.
• You have the ability to work autonomously to manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including being hands-on whenever necessary to move work forward.
• Maintaining relationships with candidates and clients is something you know you’ll like.
• Strong project management skills and being a self-starter is important.
• Browsing Behance for an hour or two with a cup of coffee in your hand is something you don’t mind doing at all.
• Finally, if you claim that Doberman is not a dog and that Fjord is not some elongated body of water you practically have the job in the bag.
