DIGITAL INNOVATION MANAGER to Tetra Pak

The primary responsibility of Supply Chain Operations (SCO) Base Materials at Tetra Pak is to develop an ecosystem of suppliers with capability to secure sustainable and competitive base materials that are delivered to our factories with consistent and customer focused quality level. SCO Base Materials is also supporting and contributing to Tetra Pak´s innovation of new base materials. In this role you are part of the Quality & Digitalisation team and you will be an overall driver and coordinator of digitalisation initiatives in SCO Base Materials.

In this role you take an overall responsibility for setting a plan in digitalisation initiatives and for ensuring progress according to plan. You act as a subject area expert and assist and guide the organisation towards selecting and designing the right digital solutions. The journey toward digitalizing our business and the direction we decide to take, will be made in close collaboration with the senior subject area experts in the company, and with the category leaders in onboarding our suppliers.

We will request our suppliers to send digitalized data to us related to what they produce and deliver. The format in which this data should be sent and received will also be a key responsibility for this role to manage and implement. You take the lead for the on-boarding process ensuring a standardized way or working supported by category and supplier responsible people. Plus, you lead, collaborate and ensure successful implementation of future systems.

To be able to take on this role we believe that you have a driven and structured project manager profile and understand the big picture. It is necessary with a technical understanding and experience in automation, and you might have had architect responsibilities working with digitalisation and change in former roles. Strong communication and soft skills are valued highly together with a diplomatic approach. You need to be self-motivated, can inspire others and being perceptive to ideas of others, and you have experience in stakeholder management.

Preferably you have worked with IT system implementations, data transfer of digital information and Cloud structures and Cloud computing. You got the ability to simplify complex topics and communicate these in a way that most people can understand. Probably you have no big issue with prioritizing and make sensible on-the-fly decisions, as well as plan strategically but can also rapidly change path if necessary. You are able to follow and build on directives and have an unrivalled ability to collaborate and see the importance of collaboration.
