We believe this about you

• Interested in translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
• Knowledgeable about creating mockups, wireframes and prototypes with the help of tools such as Sketch or Framer X. Basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills are a plus
• Have the ability to lead workshops with team members and stakeholders and visualise ideas to help decision making
• Have a solid grasp of user-centered design, planning and conducting user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
• Are able to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently
• Are passionate about resolving user pain points through great design
• Are open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
• Are humble and interested in sharing knowledge with team members
• Are passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
• Are fluent in Swedish and English, both in speaking and writing
