About the job

About the role

As a designer at Oneflow you will be the driving force behind realizing our vision by collaborating with product manager and development, actively driving product from discovery to delivery as well as ensuring product design delivers customer and business value.

Your days will be filled with:

Qualitative and quantitative research and analysis
Prototyping
Concepting, presentations, feedback and iteration
Evolving an integrated, consistent UI throughout all our product experiences

Skills & Requirements

You have a deep understanding of the synergies between UX, interaction and visual design. You have user-focused design mentality meaning that you actively seek user feedback to adapt and develop your design decisions. You’re resourceful and responsive, leading your tasks from concept to completion.

We would like you to have:

4+ years of experience designing complex consumer/business-facing digital products and experiences
Expert in performing and analyzing quantitative and qualitative research
Expert in creating low and high-fidelity prototypes, annotated wireframes, and/or clickable prototypes
Expert in leveraging user journey maps, personas, mental models, design sprints, ideation workshops
Google analytics know how
