Are you a change agent operating in the area where innovation meets human resources? Do you have a strategic view on how technology will change how we work and how work gets done? Transcom is looking for an HR Tech and Innovation Manager that will establish and implement processes throughout the employee life cycle, from attracting to ambassadorship. You will be key in leading the development in creating a state of the art candidate and employee experience on a global scale.
Transcom is looking for a tech savvy profile with understanding and interest in how technology can be used to simplify and improve our global HR processes and who can identify and drive process improvements. As HR Tech and Innovation Manager, you will together with key HR and IT Stakeholders establish and implement processes and programs that will support the employees in their daily work. In the role you will drive this transformation both internally and externally within the organization.

Transcom is looking for a top-level HR Tech and Innovation Manager with extensive know-how in the field of digitalization and who knows how to build digital applications in order to improve internal efficiency as well to strengthen the overall candidate and employee experience. As the HR Tech and Innovation Manager you will, together with key HR and IT stakeholders, own the Candidate and Employee Experience Strategy and Tactics for Transcom. You will be part of creating processes and programs tied to Transcom’s goals and missions which are to engage, motivate and support employees to perform at their best. You will be a key person in leading the development of constructing a state of the art candidate and employee experience globally using digital tools but also in automating transactional HR and in using technology to improve on boarding and training. Transcom is embracing the undergoing change in the customer service market by innovating the service offering and making use of the latest and forward leaning technologies. We have already implemented an automated/digitized screening tool and digital signing of employee contracts, however, we have a lot more initiatives identified and are now looking for a person who can act as the enabler to these initiatives together with adding experience and knowledge on new potential initiatives.
