Nova is now looking for a technical leader that wants to take the lead in building a digital platform and forming a world-class engineering team. Nova - a Scandinavian talent network - is undergoing a transformation into a product based organization. We build web products and mobile apps that facilitate personal/professional development and collaboration between top talent across the world.

As a CTO you will: - Set Nova’s technical vision and roadmap and align it with the business vision - Architect Nova’s current and future products - Build and lead a team of software engineers - Set and lead the product and software development processes

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Required skills: - Technical visionary with ability to communicate it - At least 5 years of software development experience - Proven track-record of successfully leading engineering teams in agile teams - Strong integrity and ability to steer the technical platform in rapidly changing environments - Strong analytic capabilities, with track-record of using both qualitative and quantitative data - Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for innovative consumer products

Bonus: - Experience from tech startups - Advanced degree in computer science or equivalent experience - Experience from React, Flux, CakePHP, MongoDB - An eye for UX/UI - Devops/Sysadmin skills
