Let’s face it, invoicing sucks, but at Billogram we know there’s a better way. We’ve transformed billing to become a positive part of the customer experience, by inventing an interactive payment solution. The goal set on replacing invoices with a mutually beneficial digital transaction - making the old debt collection method a thing of the past, while introducing a new payment experience which everyone benefits from.

We’ve recently gone through a successful pivot towards larger companies, and today we see ourselves as a ´B2B2C´ company whose role is to facilitate a financial relationship between a business and their customers. We work with a range of industries but focus mainly on companies who offer a subscription service, with recurring customers. With a growing interest of our service, we’re now ready to strengthen our Sales and Partnerships team with an Account Manager.

As an Account Manager at Billogram, you will take charge and develop relationships with a range of SME clients, maintaining accounts and upselling to our existing clients. At the same time, you will support other sales processes & work closely with the team involved in these efforts.

Also apart of your role:

  • Provide sales & administrative support
  • Develop and improve our contact strategy
  • Conduct general market research
  • Keep track of events & happenings within our field
  • Help map out client activities

We believe that you are humble and have a strong business acumen. As a person you are proactive, fearless and love building relationships, while also seeking out opportunities to create new business. It’s important that you are structured, good at administration and have an eye for details. Most importantly you thrive on knowing your customer, offer first class product knowledge, you want to understand our market and to provide great service.

We think that you have:

  • A minimum history of 1-2 years of sales/customer contact, preferably within B2B
  • Experience in an administrative role, customer service, marketing coordinator and/or financial assistant
  • Relevant education, high school degree or higher
  • An interest in, or experience from tech, finance, sales
  • Fluency in English and Swedish

Billogram will give you the opportunity to grow into an experienced sales position, with a dedicated mentor supporting you along the way. Most of your work will be done independently, with a lot of responsibility, freedom and flexibility. Billogram is at an interesting stage and we offer you a varied role in a fast paced company. We have a great sales team that values long-term strategic sales, building relationships and working consultative towards our clients.
