The Role

As a support specialist, you will have a central role and be responsible for building, managing and monitoring servers (IIS) and databases (MSSQL). You will work with server administration/optimization and maintain a good quality on the content and structures of our databases and on our application configuration files.

You are expected to install and troubleshoot web applications and web services written in .NET/C#.
Your daily tasks will also include working with data analysis to troubleshoot and verify different kinds of problems and bugs.
Another part of the role will be to continuously analyze and make suggestions for how we can improve the speed and durability of our solutions and how to optimize them.
There is a high level of collaboration among our internal teams and you will have daily interaction with your colleagues within support, developing and sales/customer service.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role you need to be a curious person with a solution oriented mindset. We believe that you have a genuine interest for technique and would not miss out on an opportunity to acquire new knowledge. Self-going and structured are other personal attributes that we believe are needed. An important part of the role is to understand the importance of our software solutions and how crucial they are for our customers' business. You need to have an extremely high level of customer perspective and be confident in your area of expertise.

We expect you to have previous experience from a similar role. You need to have knowledge and experience of databases and web servers. A basic understanding of programming in C# and .NET Framework is an advantage, since you will be working with our software solutions. Your English and Swedish are fluent both spoken and written.
