Who are you?

You have a pragmatic take on design, and you see design as a powerful modern tool, rather than just aesthetics and usability.

You are a professional and dedicated designer -- ideally with an interest in the business side of design and UX. You are passionate about translating business strategies and user needs into powerful and useful products.

Skills and experience:

3 - 7 years design and UX experience.
Relevant Design / UX education or equivalent background
Experience with designing for digital interfaces and / or digital products (all our products are data dense -- so you need to be ready to take on the challenges that come with data visualization and information hierarchy)
Our day-to-day tools are whiteboards, post-its, Sketch and Adobe CC.
The deliveries from our team vary from draft concepts to high-fi design. It would be preferable for you to have an eye for the entire process, to ensure a high-quality output. All our products are web based, so understanding technical limitations and possibilities is an advantage.
Languages: English and preferably Swedish

About the role

As a designer at TriOptima, you will be a part of our in-house UX Team which consists of 4 designers with over 50 years of experience in Design and UX.

Our UX Team is involved in new concepts and products -- and with refining existing designs and products. The team works centrally and is involved across all the products in the company. We work alternately with Business Managers, Product Owners and our extremely strong developers.

Our products are in the categories "Enterprise Products" and "Complex Systems", which have effect on our Design and UX processes. You don't need any experience with similar services, but you need to be interested in expanding your design skills into the more complex B2B realm.
