Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about their work, knowing it has a direct impact on operations as well as customers. In addition, the ideal candidate is someone that wants to improve our deliveries through Process Automation, Analytics Dashboards, Data Pipelines and Integrations.

We're looking for a passionate inquisitive candidate with a curiosity to continuously push the technical boundaries. Some of your tasks will be:

  • Building, configuring and supporting automation software, primarily for Customer Success.

  • Supporting the other application developers with analytics improvements.

  • Developing capabilities using Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics.

Moreover, your work will be in close cooperation with different stakeholders to identify and deliver improvements on data quality. You will also continuously improve reporting capabilities for customer success.

There will be some travels in this role and the position is preferably based in Gothenburg.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate in this strategically important role should have experience in multi-vendor & stakeholder environments, with the ability to lead development initiatives throughout a lifecycle.

You also have the experience of developing integrations and data pipelines as well as working with software development.

In order to reach our targets we believe you should have an analytical mindset, combined with a big portion of drive and technical knowledge.

A relevant university degree in computer science or equivalent as well as fluency in English is desirable.
