About the role

Our e-commerce solution needs some ❤. We sell 30,000+ hotel rooms every day in Scandinavia -- but sometimes things are not going as planned. We need you who can take care of web platform. We need a problem solver who can provide devoted support, dig deep into log files, configure new products and test new features, etc.

What will you do
  • Be the link between ServiceDesk (1st line support) and our developers
  • Secure daily operations is on agreed level with the internal stakeholders
  • React to all deviations and support solving those
  • Coordinate, follow up and report availability and incident statuses when needed
  • Be responsible for setting up new products and make configurations
  • Test new features
Who you are
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
  • Courage, Energy and Enthusiastic
  • You are open-minded and open to feedback
  • Keen listener and no prestige
Your experience
  • We believe you have 2-3 years experience
  • You have probably been working with support/servicedesk
  • Knowledge of software development
  • Knowledge of content management systems
  • You speak both English and Swedish or Norwegian fluent
