About this position

As a Technical Specialist in the "IoT Operations" team in the 2nd line team within Global Services and Operations, Service Operations, you will be responsible for technical competence within the IoT area by concentrating on operations support. You will work in virtual teams when needed supporting and co-operating towards commercial business unit, stakeholders and support organizations.

For this role we are looking for an enthusiastic person with focus on excellent service operational skills and also who is a real team player with good communication skills and solid operational telecom background. You are ready to take challenges to find and resolve issues within IoT area. Networking with surrounding system stakeholders is crucial for success in this role. You shall proactively drive and propose efficiency changes as well as service improvements from your role within Service Operations role. JOB DESCRIPTION: RESPONSIBILITIES

• Secure daily operations is on agreed level with the internal stakeholders

• React to all deviations and support solving those

• Follow up and report availability and incident statuses when needed

• Act as an interface towards our stakeholders within IoT area

• Manage regular dialogue with key stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS

• University education or equivalent experience, young graduate or good experience from the working area

• Excellent mobile knowledge

• Excellent technical knowledge

• Operational experience is required.

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience working with service management, projects, processes or support

• Experience of problem solving in service environment

• Experience of working with external suppliers is a plus

• Knowledge of targets in SLA/OLA

• Ability to achieve results through others

• Fluent in English and preferably one Nordic language, both written and spoken
