The CDO role is global and you will interact with both Asia, Europe, and USA in the shift towards full digitalization and modernity.

In your role as CDO you will initiate and drive change from a business development perspective, with the mandate to digitize and modernize the environment. Initially this will start with mapping and analyzing the prerequisites for further digitized change including an ERP exchange on the global scale.
Other aspects to the job involve the development of new processes and procedures in line with working smarter; which in turn can alter the business model. You will ensure progress through a good communication with the business as a whole but more tightly with the management group.
You have an academic degree with a technical base, e.g. civil- or mechanical engineer or computer science. You are a keen B2B professional with a strategic onset regarding digitization and the benefits of ushering in a smarter way of working including driving business development in the wake of such changes.
You have experience of propelling technical shifts from an aggregated level, such as the replacement of an ERP system. You are a proven leader and communicator, preferably within an international context and you thrive in an environment that is ripe for change.
