We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Project Office community!

About the job

You are a natural leader, capable of building trustful relations and working with leveraging diversity and inclusion among different cultures in a global organisation. You have great communication and good interpersonal skills, drive and integrity and are capable of leading in a complex and fast moving environment. You are result oriented and manage to deliver what is expected.

With your confident leadership you have the ability to see the whole picture, but at the same time you have a practical mind set and you like to be hands on. We believe your skills in change management are excellent and you have the desire to be an excellent Project Manager.
You have a genuine interest to share your experience and being a mentor to co-workers that want to grow in their role.

We believe that you have at least five years' experience as Project Manager from global companies and preferably you possess experience from working with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Experience from working as Agile Coach, Scrum Master or other Roles in an Agile context is favourable.

As a person you have a down to earth attitude and you share our IKEA values.

Project Office houses Project Management resources and is responsible for leading pre-studies and projects within the OSS Project Portfolio as well as ensuring qualitative and efficient project management processes and methods.
The Project Manager is responsible for managing the project, lead people through methods and processes to make everyone perform their best. You deliver within decided scope, time and result mastering the different aspects of project management such as stakeholder-, risk- and dependency management. We see that you are excellent to manage communication to relevant stakeholders. You are also able to manage dependencies and interfaces and Identify, mitigate and manage risks within your project. You are also able to manage procurement and vendor relations in your assignment. This is naturally influenced by IKEAs values.
