Right now, we are expanding our Customer Success team and looking for a new Jr. Customer Success Manager to join us at our Stockholm office. We believe you are a service-minded person with passion for helping our customers improve their on-site search. You should have a good technical understanding as well as great interpersonal qualities.

What you will work with:

  • Help customers optimize their use of our product to achieve their business goals
  • Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores.
  • Be a first point of contact for our customers, both internationally and in Sweden.
  • Increase renewal rates and reduce churn
  • Drive feature adoption and product engagement
  • Onboard and train new customers
  • Nurture and develop customers for advocacy and recommendations
  • Expand customer accounts through upsell and feature expansion
  • Manage our help center

Qualifications

  • Ideally combined background of post-sale and sales experience
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth.
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Enthusiastic and creative with the ability to inspire others.
  • Entrepreneurial and start-up mentality, and able to execute in such environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • An inquisitive problem-solver with excellent critical thinking skills.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a B2B customer facing role such as sales, account management, project management or support.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, technology management, engineering or communications. Other degrees will be considered combined with relevant work experience.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish. Other languages are a plus.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Experience working in software business (SaaS) and/or within e-commerce is highly desired.
  • Solid and confident presentation and meeting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Candidates with strong data analytics background and customer success skills will immediately move to the top of the consideration list.

Founded in Stockholm in 2012, Loop54 started life as a search and recommendation related consultancy project for Voddler (the leading Swedish-based video-on-demand platform at the time). Loop54 morphed into a standalone product search engine in 2013, with the company growing and soon becoming cash-flow positive.
