About the job

We are now looking for a senior Growth Hacker to join the Growth Hacking team in Stockholm! What is Growth Hacking at Avaus? Growth Hacking is a data driven process to continuously maintain growth for our clients.

Most Growth Hackers have a broad variety of skills related to technology, data, marketing, business and management. We are now looking for a person who is curious to learn more about data driven marketing and how it can help our clients reach their business goals. As a growth hacker you will be responsible for:

Operating marketing automation systems, including building workflows and campaigns
Analyzing results and making suggestions for improvement, executing continuous A/B testing and optimizing workflows
Create scalable processes that ensures best practices in lead generation, churn prevention activities and customer loyalty programs
Linking SEO/SEM, analytics and MA to optimize campaigns
Coordinating tasks and cooperating with creatives, software engineers and frontend developers in other teams and on the customer side

Desired Skills & Experience

Higher education in marketing/communications/IT/business or equivalent experience
Experience from customer engagement marketing, digital marketing, email marketing and/or content marketing
Business and marketing oriented person with hidden nerdy skills (e.g. can read and understand HTML, SQL, Apex). Front End developer experience is a plus but not a requirement
Understanding customers marketing and business needs
Fluent in Swedish and English (knowledge in Finnish, German or Norwegian is a plus)
Team player with genuine "can-do" attitude and good communication skills

Superbonus skills

Previous experience with a Marketing Automation platform, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot , Adobe Campaign or Marketo
Experience from a CRM-platform like Salesforce Sales Cloud
