You now have an excellent opportunity to drive the global territory of IT governance for Transcom. You will take charge and set up a broad set of functions related to the IT governance framework itself, its structures and processes, along with other areas of responsibilities within asset, communications, performance & portfolio management. Come be our managerial governance specialist, providing your unique approach and engagement that will add to the global Business IT!

About this position

In your role as Global Manager IT governance you will work in close cooperation with the CTO, COO office, the service development team, Procurement and the business stakeholders; ensuring IT process & quality management in a range of areas. You will establish an effective governance framework, defining spheres of significance, thus enabling good decision making as well as coordinating the alignment of a solid Business IT strategy.

Focal areas under your helm include the proper managements of assets- and licensing, performance- and project portfolios, as well as solutions- and service quality assurance. As a process owner authority, you will also, provide communication related to the IT strategy towards key stakeholders. You will have two direct reporting in the Philippines.
