As Desk Side/Technology Support Analyst you will be the central point of contact and deliver daily support for the Atkins business and supervise the local information service resources. The environment is dynamic and agile to make change happen quickly.
In this role, you will provide both second line support for the Atkins business and supervise the local information service resources. You will handle all the IT related incidents, service requests and will be responsible for resolving support requests as well as meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands. It will be your responsibility to escalate and track issues with vendors and other internal support teams to troubleshoot problems with hardware and software. Level 1 is handled by Global Hub (our central service desk) and you will be handling level 2 (or 3).
