The Wrapp Customer Success Team is responsible for delivering the best possible journey for our merchants. We work closely with the Sales, Marketing and Engineering teams, ensuring that our work is of the best quality possible. As a Customer Success Professional at Wrapp you will supervise and follow up on our merchants' campaigns. You manage budgets, set goals together with the client and analyze the data. The goal is to help the merchant from "Starting to use Wrapp" to "Starting to get value from Wrapp".

Preferably you could start your employment at Wrapp early December, as we will launch the Finnish market this year. You will report to the Head of Customers Success.

We think that the right candidate has 1-3 years of experience working with account management in a data driven sector. He or she loves a challenge, thrives in the start-up environment and has a winning attitude.

Requirements:

  • You're fluent in written and spoken Finnish and English
  • You're based in Stockholm
  • You're analytical
  • You're a relationship building person
  • You've got a positive attitude. Where others see problems, you see solutions
  • You love communicating with people - via email, phone or in person
  • You work efficiently, proactively, can manage many tasks at once
  • You have a data-driven approach
  • Previous experience working in a tech and/or product-focused company is meriting as well as experience from B2B services
