Initially, the role will mean taking over all our existing partnerships in the SMB segment (everything from trade associations such as Svensk Handel to Telia) including evaluation, maximizing of potential etc. Further, you will quickly start identifying & initiating new potential partners to Soundtrack Your Brand outside of the Nordic markets.

Secondly, you will be hands-on testing & implement inbound and outbound inside sales as a new sales channel skewed towards the SMB segment.

You will work closely with the BI team to set up tracking as well as analyze and follow up on Partner channel cohorts to optimize collaborations and terminate non-functioning.

Your daily activities will involve managing, evaluating and initiating new campaigns with existing and new partners. You will be responsible for a sales quota that is based on acquired SMB customers through partner and inside sales channel(s).

You will either be responsible for Europe or take a global responsibility, depending on your seniority and previous experience.


You have previous sales experience (ideally towards SMB) as well as experience in managing key accounts or ideally, working with OEM and other Partners.

International previous experience is a must, as well as fluency (close to native) in English. Understanding of Swedish is a nice to have but not a must. You have managed a team before in a coaching position and believes the best way to lead is to do so by example.

You are most certain a metric driven person that lives and breath customer lifecycle, understand CAC, LTV and you love hitting set goals/numbers.


You will be part of the Growth team whose main responsibility is to set and deliver a scalable growth vision for Soundtrack Your Brand’s global expansion. You will report to VP of Growth and collaborate with the local sales organizations in key markets. This is a chance to build your own team from the bottom up as well as help form our future Partnership-strategy that will help us deliver excellent customer growth through scalable customer acquisition channels!

Together with our global expansion, we see great potential in improving existing as well as initiating new collaborations with key strategic partners. Therefore, we are looking for a person that can come in and own Partnership & Inside Sales. This means you will be responsible for everything from managing our existing partnerships (Resellers, Referral & Distribution Partners), identifying new Partners in suitable markets as well as managing and running Inside Sales towards the local markets to where we focus towards.
