We are now looking for a talented and ambitious Growth Hacker / User Experience Designer to join our team in Uppsala and help us find new and effective ways to reach new users and activate our current users, by creating the best collaboration software on the planet. You will be part of the Favro Growth team within Hansoft, which could consist of software engineers, designers and testers. This team is lead by the Growth Director, to whom you will report.

Ideally, you have experience as a SaaS startup growth hacker and know a few of the tricks for growing quickly, cheaply and scalably – but you could be an incredibly bright digital marketer or frontend developer who has skills in javascript, analytics, copywriting & learning on the go.

We are not looking for someone with a background in branding, strategy or media buying. Nor are we looking for people who only specialize in one specific area. We are looking for people who know that done is better than perfect, and that you can only test & learn from doing.

That said, there are a few areas that we would love more firepower:

  • A general feel for business development and marketing
  • SEO & Landing Pages
  • Email Marketing (event-based and drip campaigns)
  • Online Ads (AdWords, Twitter & FB)
  • Influencers / Social / Marketing outreach
  • Javascript
  • Mixpanel
