Digital Communications Director

The Role

For the first year of employment, you will lead a digital communications transformation project, focused on aligning the company's externally-facing digital channels to provide a consistent, coherent and coordinated journey for customers, and other stakeholders, across all connect points.

Long-term, the role of the Digital Communications Director is to define and implement the company's digital communications strategy, maintaining policies and processes to ensure appropriate governance.

Main responsibilities

As Digital Communications Director you will be expected to drive the development of the company's digital channels and tools, collaborating with other parts of the organization to identify and prioritize needs, secure funding and ensure effective project execution.

Long term you will lead the company's digital Communications team, ensuring quality counsel, exceptional support and sound governance on all aspects of the use of digital channels and technologies in Tetra Pak.

As Digital Communications Director you report directly to Tetra Pak's Senior Vice President Communications as well as you will be a member of the Corporate Communications leadership team.

Education and experience

This role requires a person extremely competent and knowledgeable in digital communications with solid experience and a proven track record of success within a global, business-to-business organization. You have proven leadership and management skills.

You are results oriented, business focused and a strong team player.

Language skills

Excellent command of the English language

The position is located in Lund, Southern Sweden
