Office Assistant

We’re looking for an Office Assistant with a good sense of structure and a proactive approach to run our office.

Based in Stockholm, you’ll join our team of researchers, strategists and designers within service, product, brand, digital, interaction and user experience design. You’ll work in an international and playful environment alongside some of Europe’s most creative brains. At Designit, we work with big, innovative brands and are driven by an unparalleled passion for changing the world through exceptional design and problem solving.

You will

• Make sure our reception and office runs like a charm - keeping our office tidy, presentable and lending a helping hand whereever needed.
• Handle suppliers, contracts and develop on current agreements.
• Receive and assist our clients with a smile.
• Manage the daily facility and operations.
• Handle budgets, expenses and invoices.
• Assist with company bookings like meetings, travels, conferences etc.
• Assist at client events with organizing, catering etc.

You are

• Enthusiastic and have a proactive approach to your work.
• A flexible and no-nonsense type of person.
• Very service-minded.
• A motivated and outgoing self-starter.
• Reliable and have a natural flair for making the atmosphere around you positive.
• Structured and good at juggling many tasks at once.
• Confident in both written and spoken English and Swedish.
