What you’ll do

We want to strengthen our IT team with a new colleague. If you are at the beginning of your career, eager to learn, and looking for an IT department with a close tie to the business, this could be the job for you 💻

Your main activities and responsibilities

• First point of contact around general IT problems, hardware and software related
• Participate in the planning and development of Qlik & Planacy applications
• Be the Monday.com champion, driving a more effective and standardized way of working
• Support in general IT improvement- and development projects

• Support in the daily monitoring of our ERP and surrounding IT-landscape
• Drive knowledge around Zounds IT environment and systems in the organization

Depending on your personal interests this role has potential to develop into additional areas under IT´s responsibility for example Cyber Security or Product Information Management.

You will report to our Head of IT.

You’re a doer, a self-starter who’s able to work independently. You’re organized, methodical and able to manage different projects at once while cooperating with a wide range of people across different departments.
