We are looking for a level 3 engineer to join the Digital workplace - Voice and Real time Services team in SEB. Our team provides Corporate telephony-, Digital meeting-,Microsoft Teams- and Contact Center services to more than 16 000 users in 20 countries. Our goal is to modernize and transform our current deliveries to provide the best possible experience for all SEBs employees and our end customers.
This role will be working with our Digital Meeting solutions, where you will be part of a cloud transition journey, insourcing of several services and renewing our way of working within Technology at SEB.
What you will be doing
You will be a part of a senior team delivering business critical solutions. You will work in an Agile team located in Arenastaden in Stockholm and Vilnius. Cross collaboration and interaction with other SEB teams, internal stakeholders and external suppliers is an important part of our work. On a daily basis, we work daily operations, service developments and continuously looking into new products and services that improve collaboration and productivity for Digital Meeting Solutions, as well as development of new tooling and systems. We maintain what we build as well as participate in cross-team projects.
The role will include:
• Involvement in Microsoft 365 solution design processes together with the Lead designer
• Participating in workplace cloud transition
• Execution of the technical roadmap for M365
• Meeting room solutions developments
• Maintaining and developing the product/service
• Providing M365 support to end-users and within the IT-organization
• Working together with Service Desk to fulfill requests, incidents, changes and problems
• Ensuring that documentation is developed and maintained
• Improving the ways of working, tools and processes
• Continuously work to modernize the solution according to best practices
