Assignment description:
Our client is looking for a Senior Process Expert.
Daily project work as per below:
- Define process & roles and develop system support for handling of orders (including acknowledgment)
- Enable manual handling of order acknowledgements by Global Procurement (fundamental requirement)
- Automation of order acknowledgement handling via Supplier Connect (efficiency enhancement) Define framework for supplier onboarding incl non-stocked special assortments
- Define and implement contract appendix for non-stocked special assortments
- Define a process description for communication with external partners
- Create/adjust onboarding and training material and processes Co-ordination of method work, gathering of information and changes in agreements / appendixes with the Global Category Managers in the project.

Competence requirements:
- Senior – 5-8 years’ experience
- Experienced in 365 Office suite with focus on Excel (using functions such as vlookup, enhancing data) and Powerpoint. ¨
- Procurement Process Knowledge Experienced in building and documenting processes incl. guidelines. ¨
- Experienced with project leadership Ability to quickly shift between detailed oriented and visionary level Ability to distinguish and prioritize between structuring vs improving / optimizing (get a structure to improve and optimize from). Collaborative in finding common solutions
