We are looking for the next Business Developer Champion – Join our Product Development team as Business Developer for our eBusiness solutions!

The role

As a business developer for our eBusiness solutions you have a passion for conversion including user and customer value in online marketing. You are always looking for ways to improve our services and bring in more revenues. This can mean anything from looking for new markets, partnering with other companies, selling new products to existing markets, or developing new products or services for the Nordic market.

In this position you are working with greater and smaller projects and initiatives. Including driving own projects and initiatives that could be of different character such as prestudies or complete delivery responsibility. You will work in close collaboration with the development teams, Product Owners, Designer as well as other stakeholder in the company.

Eniros eBusiness solutions are a growing sector within Eniro both mobile and desktop, presenting online and brick and mortar stores selling products and services. Today we publish over 10 000 webshops, more than 18 million products and about 4 mio crawled product categories. Eniros eBusiness solution is presenting a wide range of products from high-tech and toys to clothes and furnitures.

The Product Development department for Local Search operates in a dynamic, fast changing and highly competitive market environment and supports all Market Units in the Group. Key competitors are global search services like Google and Facebook as well as national search and directory services.

Travelling should be expected, in particular between the Nordic countries and Poland (Warsaw).

Key responsibilities

  • Owner of the eBusiness roadmap
  • Owner of product backlog including continuous grooming (building, breakdown, updating, prioritizing and maintaining)
  • Stakeholder for eBusiness relevant services and systems
  • Develop our eBusiness platform in line with business requirements and strategies
  • Seeking for new markets, partnering with other companies, selling new products to existing markets, or developing new products or services
  • Responsible for answering questions, providing feedback and communicating priorities to the Development teams
  • Defining together with the team release scope and timing
  • Work with Sales, Marketing & Customer Support to ensure that product story and support is well coordinated with release
  • Build strong relationships with business partners, end users and other stakeholders
  • Constantly monitoring progress and looking for ways to improve the product
  • Followup effect on development tasks via user traffic and conversion
  • Performing statistical analysis such as best practice, benchmark analysis, etc
  • Participate in the evolution of agile process together with the development teams

Key competencies & skills

  • At least a total of 3 years work experience with most of it spent in product development and/or project management in an IT driven environment
  • Proven track record in product development of internet/digital services and corresponding advertising products. Ownership for eBusiness related services and/or experiences from online retailer/online booking services is of advantage
  • Education on Masters level in Business Administration and/or Engineering or other relevant similar education
  • Experience from business followup and analysis including business case development
  • Having a multiple country approach as we work Nordic including Poland
  • Thorough understanding of digital search and user experience especially in mobile channels
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and agile practice(s) and tools including managing a backlog
  • Any technical background as developer, is a plus
  • Very good language skills in English with skills in any Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian) and/or Polish as an advantage

This position is located in Stockholm, Sweden and you will report to the Head of Product Development.
