Are you ready to play a key role in supporting Group Risk and Group Finance to become data-driven by strengthening their data management capabilities? Finance & Risk Data Management Office is a support function that organizationally belongs to Group Risk but that equally supports Group Finance. Our mission is to support and guide Group Risk and Group Finance to establish and operationalize data management and governance disciplines throughout the organization.
You will work with:
• Develop, validate, publish, and maintain logical data models required to implement business processes and solutions
• Develop new and modify existing data models to support data engineering activities
• Communicate with technical and business stakeholders of data
• Conduct business process analysis and requirements gathering to develop formal data structures and data mapping specifications.
• Support of data consumers in their analysis of data
We are looking for:
• 3+ years of experience in Data modelling and Data mapping skills
• Proficiency in industry standard techniques for data modeling. Proficiency in modelling for core layers of data warehouses and access/ mart layers.
• Experience in creating relational and dimensional logical data models and the documentation of those
• Ability to analyze data (using SQL) in order to validate model hypotheses
• Experience navigating through large, complex data models and connect their structures to the underlying data
• Knowledge of Financial Services Data Model (FSDM) or other refence (data) models for the financial industry
• In depth knowledge of the ERwin data modeling tool or similar modeling tools.
• Good understanding of well-established data warehouses and modern cloud architecture patterns
