The PositionIn this role, you will be responsible for user-centered design research, usability testing, and contribute to setting up AB testing for our product area Attract, Acquire & Activate, where you will work closely with the product teams: Attract, Customer Acquisition, Partnerships, Onboarding, and Sustainable Reach. You will be leading the integration of insights from user insight, analytics, and design teams into the product development process. You will be a driving force in the integration of user insights into the product development process while closely with data analytics and design teams. You will collaborate tightly within cross-functional teams and partner with the rest of the product organization to ensure a company-wide consistency and delightful experience for our customers now and in the future.
Some of your responsibilities will include:We are looking for a User Researcher who is passionate about pushing the boundaries, has a solid experience of working with combining qualitative and quantitative data. You are passionate about customers needs, a great communicator and want to be a part of a fun team working to transform the streaming experience for our customers. You enjoy mixing qualitative and quantitative insights and engaging both users and companies with relevant and actionable insights.
