What we are looking for

Profoto is now looking for an operative Chief Information Officer (CIO) for our head office in Sundbyberg. This is a technical role reporting to our CFO. 

Profoto's premium customer experience and cutting edge technology has innovated the photo market, and as software and IT systems are taking a greater part of Profoto future business model, this role is a key person enabling it. As a public company, Profoto also has high requirements on ITGC, reliability and efficiency on business critical systems like the ERP.

Key responsibilities This role is the internal technical expert that manages our outsourced IT partners and communicate cross functional internally to ensure efficient IT processes and systems. Main areas also include:

• Formalize agreements/SLAs to partners to govern this.
• Maintain and develop Profoto ITGC. This includes IT security, right access to the right people, change management, backup and restore processes.
• Ensure that system ownership for various systems in the line of operation are clear and known
• Identify and lead the insight of what is profitable IT investments and how we secure to succeed these investments (that too high degree often are organizational change projects)
• Manage or supervise the establishment of new IT system. More specifically, act as the organizations IT expert for advising internally how other should succeed with IT driven transformation
• Ensure infrastructure  enabling global and scalable for rapid growth for profoto.com, apps and related services
• Monitor changes in the technology sector to discover ways the company can improve and develop.

Requirements

• Minimum Master’s degree in computer science, engineering or similar
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in information technology and data management.
• Confident to lead with agile developments methods
• In-depth knowledge and keen interest in data administration and management processes.
• Good understanding of modern databases and information system technologies.
• It is beneficial with experience from connected HW and outsourcing to developing teams 
• High proficiency in English
• Swedish work permit

• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written 
• International mindset
• Due to the global reach of our business, you are expected to travel 20-30 days per year
