If this sounds like a challenge you’re interested in, we’re now looking for a Support Specialist with a focus on finance to strengthen the team in our office in Stockholm. 

The position

As Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the user experience of the servicedesks used by the IT teams making sure that the forms are easy to use and that the needed information is retrieved ensuring an enhanced user experience.

You will also be responsible for reviewing all incoming issues in the servicedesk for our financial systems, providing a first response and when needed escalating issues to other team members in the IT Finance team.

By working in the middle of the organization you will build relations with stakeholders within IT as well as with many other departments within the group. You will use your creativity and skills to make life easier for all employees and for the departments that are using the IT systems.

What will you do? 
  • Help our internal business users by trouble shooting, finding solutions, and answering technical questions for issues related to our financial systems
  • Developing the end user satisfaction by improving the support processes for the IT department
  • Take an active role in different IT related initiatives.
  • Cooperate with the servicedesk owners in other departments finding the best way forward learning from each other
  • Perform administrative tasks such as system configuration, user and permissions management, data structuring, master data management etc.
  • Document and communicate technical solutions to stakeholders.
Who are you?

At NENT, your personality matters as much as how good you are at what you do. But in order to be successful, we believe you need the following:

  • Previous experience from working with financial and reporting systems like Dynamics 365 for finance and operations and Planning Analytics
  • Previous experience working with financial processes
  • Have at least 1 year of experience working in a support organization
  • Have completed a higher education program within computer and systems science or similar experience within financial systems.
  • Previous experience working with jira service desk is a bonus.
  • Have excellent communication skills and superb written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.
