What you will be doing
The FX COTS team consists of eight highly skilled employees and we are now looking for someone to strengthen the functional and technical support. As a member of the FX 2nd Line Team you will work in a fast-paced work environment and contribute to the continuous delivery of our FX Trading platforms.
You will be part of a team that is responsible for maintaining several trading systems deployed in several data centers. Your role will include troubleshooting, system integration, maintenance, installation, configuration, testing, end user support as well as having a close cooperation with the development teams, external vendors, 1st Line support, the trading desks and other stakeholders.
Who we are looking for
To succeed in this role you should have experience of working with system maintenance, technical 2nd line support or similar tasks. Experience working with Ansible/Puppet or various automation scripting is meriting. You are proactive and contribute with ideas and suggested improvements on our way of working. To be successful in this position you also need to be a service-minded teamplayer eager to learn new things and able to take on multiple tasks. You have a customer focused attitude, agile mind-set, driven, structured, careful, self-going, motivated and positive as a person and I expect you to have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
Furthermore, you have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
As FX trading business is run 24/7 you are expected, after a couple of training months, to participate in scheduled on-call duty.
