What you’ll do   

  • Invoicing 
  • Basic accounting   
  • Communication with our accounting firm 
  • Visa applications/relocations in cooperation with PwC 
  • Office management tasks such as procurement, orders, handling of mail and welcoming guests to the Office.  
  • Communication with our event management firm and other suppliers. 
  • Administrative onboarding of new staff

Who you are   

  • You have a minimum of high school degree economics  
  • 1-2 years’ experience of working with financial and administrative tasks  
  • Business level fluency in both written and spoken Swedish and English. 
  • Basic knowledge of the Office package; excel, word and powerpoint 
  • Solution oriented, communicative, outgoing and service-minded  
  • You can handle different tasks and prioritize while always having a quality mindset

We are an IT consultancy, founded in 2010 with the purpose of creating a great workplace for individuals who love consultancy, impact and teamwork. We have our offices in Stockholm Sweden and Skopje, Macedonia where we collaborate in agile teams, managed teams, and consulting on client site.
