Scrum master to account channels at SEB in Arenastaden

Are you interested in developing new systems, solutions and platforms in an area that is vital to SEB? We are looking for an experienced Scrum master for two teams to Account channels. You would be joining a self-sufficient development team to accompany on the journey of building our important API platform and platform for viewing accounts and transactions.

About the job

On daily basis, we work with data integration, consolidation, enrichment, storage and distribution for client applications and end users as well as the development of new solutions and system. We retain what we build and participate in the development of common cross-platform solutions together with colleagues in cross-functional agile teams. We strive and enjoy continuous improvement in ways of working and put a lot of energy in driving our own path of work. We also believe in team effort to create the best possible solution.

The teams are working with a tech stack of:

• Languages/Frameworks: Java8+, Spring-boot application, SQL, Maven, Angular
• Storage: Oracle
• Tools: Jira, Confluence
• CI/CD: Github, Jenkins, Docker
• Deployments: Openshift
• Monitoring: Splunk

Who are you?

• You have solid experience working as a Scrum master and ensuring that main scrum principals are followed.
• You have solid experience working with tool as Jira and Confluence
• Driving agreed improvements on all IT processes which impact the teams
• Identify and remove any potential impediments to the delivery of the agreed sprint commitment in conjunction with the Scrum team
• Coach and guide the teams during the sprint by reinforcing and encouraging the team to follow core agile principles of collaboration, regular communication and transparency
• Good if you have experience working with backend and frontend solutions in Java 8+, integrations and services, such as developing APIs and event driven applications and angular.
• Good if you have experience working with DevOps environment and familiar with build tools and automation
• Experience working with OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, or any other containerization and/or its orchestration technology is an advantage
• Experience working with data streaming API is an advantage
