WHAT WILL YOU DO

As a Sales Representative SMB, you are part of the Nordic Sales SMB team, a central part of the rapidly growing Sales Organization at nShift. Nordic Sales SMB main focus is to attract new clients, across nShift, Ecom & Delivery Management offerings towards the Small Medium Business (SMB) segments. Nordic Sales is also responsible for Business Development by generating and qualifying leads to the overall Nordic Sales department, and currently building that BDR function within the team. A strong pipeline is key to successful sales and you as a BDR is a critical contributor to the pipeline growth – as a BDR you will fuel nShifts long term success!

  • Responsible for driving New Sales to new clients in Delivery Management/eCom sector to the SMB segment, as well as conducting upsell within your segment.
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
  • The role is a quota-carrying sales position that manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities within your territory
  • You are responsible for driving sales to new accounts by proactively identify business opportunities and generate new pipeline

WHO ARE YOU

You are able to operate efficiently, in a structured manner and be self-motivated. You are a team player thriving in a dynamic atmosphere.

  • Preferably 1-5 years experience in B2B-sales.
  • Big passion for sales and a driven and high-energy personality
  • Motivated by numbers, result and measure driven person
  • Able to operate efficiently, in a structured manner and be self-motivated
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (another Nordic language is a plus)
  • You have great communication skills, verbal as well as written
  • True team player that collaborates and share knowledge with your colleagues
  • Experience from Software, preferably SaaS-based products, E-com or similar.
  • Experience from eCommerce and/or Logistics is a bonus
  • Experience of CRM or similar tools (e.g. SalesForce, Sales Loft)
  • High School Diploma or any other Degree is preferred
