Electrification is in an exciting and challenging phase where the demand for electrified vehicles increases rapidly. We are now looking for a motivated vehicle test engineer to strengthen our test team with a coordinating role.
About
Our team, Battery pack and vehicle testing, is responsible for testing the energy storage on the scale from complete packs to full vehicle. We plan, execute tests and analyze results in order to ensure that the batteries fulfills the requirements connected to the performance and life targets we need to achieve to be a leader within e-mobility for commercial vehicles. We are responsible for coordinating all testing on this level but we execute performance, safety and functional tests ourselves.

You have a good knowledge about Scania product development, our products and our modular program. You have a wide network contacts within R&D and have experience of complete vehicle testing vehicle testing such as:

Your tasks
Networking and to be observant are key strengths! You will participate in several cross functional meetings and forums. You will have several contacts points within R&D to coordinate topics regarding test vehicles , vehicle specification and status of them. Also to coordinate and vehicle test activities such as test plans and vehicle preparations will require synchronization activities among several departments.
