About the position
The Business Development team at Teleperformance covers the Nordic Region. To strengthen the team, we are now hiring a Digital Solution Design Architect who can help create and visualize our complex solutions for potential clients.
You will lead innovative and transformative service approaches to the further development of existing and new customers in the areas of Customer Care, Digitization and Automation. You analyze industry requirements as well as potential customers and lead with innovative methods (Mystery Shopping, Customer Journey Mapping, Design Thinking), optimization potentials and value creation leverage.
You create powerful, visually appealing presentations that present fully understandable complex information and contexts. You will also be responsible for our Bid processes; develop a bid library and see what can be re-used, create structure in the bid process etc. You will work very close with the Business Developers, but also interact with other teams to best prepare and carry out our activities.
Furthermore, you support and create strategic distribution approaches, tender and marketing documents. You support in the preparation and organization of customer events, as well as the presentation of innovative technologies. You are dealing with emerging technologies e.g. in the areas of "Social Media", "Omnichannel", "Artificial Intelligence" and "Advanced Analytics".
Also, you will be involved in a demanding, industry-wide and international project work for renowned customers on the topics "Customer Experience", "Customer Care", "Operational Excellence" and / or "Digital Transformation".
You´ll get exciting insights into the marketing and expulsion of a world market leader, as well as adjacent business units within Teleperformance across national and continental borders.
We need you to have relevant practical professional experience in the areas of Customer Care & Experience, Customer Service, CRM, Marketing or Consulting. You are confident in dealing with MS-Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and have basic IT knowledge.
Your way of working is solution oriented and characterized by self-responsible and team oriented work at the same time. Your enthusiasm applies to customer management and/or (digital) transformation topics in all their diversity, and you will also encounter emerging technological trends with curiosity.
You are characterized by structure and organizational talent, meet challenges, and seek steep learning curves. You bring a high level of analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Your own initiative drives you and you gladly take over and take early responsibility.
You have successfully completed your studies in Economics /Business Informatics or a comparable degree program.
