We are now looking for an Operational Planner with technical focus to strengthen our team in Stockholm.
The positionAs an Operational Planner you are working in the Media Coordination Team together with six colleagues, within Media Operations in the Product, Data & Tech Department at Viaplay and NENT Group.
The Media Coordination Team is responsible for planning and enabling the operational processes, by assuring all requirements are fulfilled and preparing the content in our systems for the following steps. The Operational Planner is an important link between acquisitions, media coordination, program planning, ingest and the publishing team. The actions and initiatives from this role are also key to a functional and smooth operational workflow. Your responsibilities as an operational planner with technical focus will include daily operational planning and coordination together with your colleagues but with a focus of securing the technical dependencies in the planning stage.
This includes but are not limited to:
You will be part of a large team (+25 people) that together will cover the entire chain of the publishing flow. Everything from contact with distributors, scheduling, coding, quality control to publication is owned by this team. You will be working in an exciting and agile environment.
We are now heading into new markets and as we are still aiming to be the best streaming service out there is a need to simplify and evolve our systems and workflows and you will play a significant role in this process. You will be part of the ongoing transformation in the team to adapt to the company growth.
