Are you looking for a challenge that combines state of the art technology and leadership? At the department Autonomous Systems, we are developing the transport solutions for the future.
We are expanding our efforts in supporting the development of autonomous systems and are reorganizing and adding additional groups. Our section enables engineering productivity for the whole department by providing the development environment, data pipelines, simulation tools, and software platform needed.
You will lead one of our groups of diverse and ambitious developers, all with different backgrounds and competences. The group’s success is built upon a close collaboration within the group but also with your PO and SM. You need to be comfortable in networking, prioritizing, and operating in an agile environment.
You will work to provide the pre-requisites needed for your employees & consultants to be successful in their job, every day. You will be coaching, supporting, and strengthening the group as they carry out their work within our agile development process.
In the management and extended management teams you will contribute to the leadership and development of the whole section. You will be a key person in our journey towards data driven development and take part in defining strategies that determine the future of CI/CD for our autonomous systems. We work in a fast changing environment, where recruitment will continue to be a key task.
As a dream candidate, you are responsive person who values collaboration. You are a good listener and help the team to solve their problems by a combination of involvement and trust in their own ability, based on the situation. Together with your team, you drive the technical development forward.
You are passionate to see others grow in their role both professionally and as individuals. We have a dynamic environment and we work in an experimental way and therefore you know how to work with change in a sustainable manner. You support our way of working based on trust, working together, and a mindset of dare to try.
You have a strong interest in DevOps and Continuous Integration, as well as leadership experience and an academic background that matches our domain. It is meritorious if you have experience in managing teams in a complex software development setting, including continuous integration and deployment. Fluent English proficiency is required.
